Acceptable Use Policy

Messaging, marketing, and platform conduct standards. Effective 3 August 2026.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets messaging and platform conduct rules for all CloudWAPI customers, staff users, and API consumers.

2. Allowed use

  • Transactional, utility, authentication, and consented marketing messages that follow Meta WhatsApp policies
  • Customer support live chat within open messaging windows
  • Template management, contact CRM, campaigns, and chatbot automation for legitimate business communication

3. Prohibited use

  • Spam, purchased/scraped lists without consent, or deceptive sender identity
  • Illegal content, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or harassment
  • Adult sexual content, weapons, controlled substances, or other Meta-prohibited categories
  • Attempts to bypass Meta quality limits, rate limits, or platform security controls
  • Multi-tenant data probing, credential stuffing, or abuse of API secrets

You must maintain records of recipient consent where required and honor unsubscribe / stop requests promptly. Marketing messaging must respect CloudWAPI opt-in controls and Meta rules.

5. Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or create risk for other tenants or Meta partnership standing. Report abuse to sparkxe360@gmail.com.
