What is CloudWAPI?
CloudWAPI is a multi-tenant WhatsApp Cloud API platform by Sparkxe Technologies. Vendors connect WhatsApp Business accounts, manage templates, run campaigns, use live chat, and integrate via developer APIs.
How do I connect a WhatsApp number?
After registration, use Meta Embedded Signup (or manual credentials where enabled) to link a WhatsApp Business Account. Access tokens are stored encrypted and scoped to your vendor tenant.
How does message delivery status work?
Statuses such as accepted, sent, delivered, read, and failed are updated only from Meta webhooks — not from the frontend. All webhook payloads are stored for audit and troubleshooting.
How does pricing and billing work?
Subscription plans define platform limits (accounts, templates, contacts, campaigns, monthly messages). Message usage may also include Meta conversation costs plus platform markup, billed through wallet balance after webhook confirmation where applicable.
Can I send bulk campaigns?
Yes. Campaigns are queued and processed in safe batches so large sends stay reliable on shared hosting. Failed recipients are tracked so operators can review and retry.
Do you support developer APIs?
Yes. CloudWAPI provides API integration for external apps to send messages and check status, with tenant isolation and usage logging.
