1. Who we are
CloudWAPI is a product of Sparkxe Technologies. It is a multi-tenant WhatsApp Cloud API platform operated by Sparkxe Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal and business data when you use our website, admin panel, APIs, webhooks, and messaging services.
2. Information we collect
Account & vendor data
- Company name, owner name, email, mobile number, address, and billing details
- Login credentials and role or permission metadata
- Subscription, wallet, and payment references (processed via payment providers such as Razorpay)
WhatsApp connection data
- WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, display numbers, and quality or account status
- Access tokens required to call Meta Graph APIs (stored encrypted)
- Embedded Signup session metadata returned by Meta
Messaging & operational data
- Contacts, contact groups, templates, campaigns, chatbot flows, and live chat conversations
- Message content, delivery statuses, Meta request/response payloads, and webhook payloads
- API integration keys/secrets usage logs and error logs needed for support and compliance
Technical data
- IP address, browser/device information, and session cookies
- Application logs for security, debugging, and abuse prevention
3. How we use data
- Provide multi-tenant messaging, templates, campaigns, live chat, chatbot, and analytics features
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, and prevent unauthorized tenant access
- Process webhooks from Meta and update message or template statuses
- Bill for platform usage, wallet deductions, and subscription plans
- Improve reliability, investigate failures, and meet legal or Meta platform obligations
4. WhatsApp & Meta data
When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account through Embedded Signup or manual credentials, Meta remains the WhatsApp Business Platform provider. We process WhatsApp-related data only to operate the service on your behalf as a technology platform / Tech Provider-style integration.
You are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from end customers before sending marketing or other regulated messages, and for complying with Meta WhatsApp Business policies.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
- Meta Platforms, as required to send/receive WhatsApp messages and manage WABAs
- Payment processors for recharge and subscription payments
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that process data under contract
- Authorities when required by law
6. Security
- WhatsApp access tokens are encrypted at rest
- Tenant ownership checks are enforced to reduce cross-tenant data exposure
- Webhook signature verification is used where configured
- Access to admin features is restricted by authentication and roles
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please protect your login credentials and API secrets.
7. Retention
We retain account, messaging, webhook, billing, and log data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet audit needs, and comply with legal obligations. Soft-deleted records may remain for a recovery or audit window before permanent removal.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data we hold. Vendors may also request deletion of their tenant data subject to legal and billing retention requirements.
