Data Deletion

1. Overview

Sparkxe Technologies processes all deletion requests for CloudWAPI. This Data Deletion process lets vendors, end users, and Meta review teams request removal of personal data processed by the platform.

2. What we delete

• Account profile fields and authentication records where legally permitted
• Contact records, conversation/message content, and campaign recipient rows tied to the request
• Stored webhook payloads and API logs containing personal identifiers, subject to security/audit retention windows
• Encrypted WhatsApp tokens for disconnected accounts after verification

We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, or legally required records.

3. How to request

Email sparkxe360@gmail.com with:

• Full name and business / vendor name
• Registered email on CloudWAPI
• WhatsApp phone number or WABA ID (if relevant)
• Whether you want full account closure or specific data removal

4. Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, Meta obligations, or active dispute/billing holds.

5. Meta-connected users

If you connected Facebook/Meta assets through Embedded Signup, removing data from CloudWAPI does not automatically delete your Meta Business or WhatsApp assets inside Meta. You may also need to manage those assets in Meta Business Suite.
